2022 SXSW Pitch Event: feel­belt is a finalist

Media­Tech Hub Acce­le­ra­tor start­up feel­belt is one of 45 fina­lists for the 2022 SXSW Pitch Start­up Event! The fina­lists repre­sent the most inno­va­ti­ve tech­no­lo­gies from around the world. We are proud that one of our start­ups will have the chan­ce to pitch in front of a live audi­ence of high-level media repre­sen­ta­ti­ves, ven­ture capi­ta­lists, and a panel of experts.

As part of the Digi­tal Hub Initia­ti­ve, Media­Tech Hub Pots­dam will be on site in Austin/​Texas with other start­ups such as Klang­chat and Song­Push and Erdinç Koç as Head of Accelerator.

Über feel­belt

The start­up has deve­lo­ped a belt using soft­ware that allows sound to get under your skin. It trans­mits audio fre­quen­ci­es bet­ween 1 and 20,000 Hz via a spe­ci­al­ly deve­lo­ped pul­se gene­ra­tor. To do this, the soft­ware pro­ces­ses sound tracks and deli­vers them to the skin as hap­tic feed­back. The belt can also be worn over clot­hing and can basi­cal­ly be con­nec­ted to any audio source and can also be worn over clot­hing. A world­wi­de patent is alre­a­dy pending.
